Info: _The Sierra de la Demanda, located between the autonomous communities of Castilla y León and La Rioja, has been for centuries the cradle of great milestones, developments and technological advances related to sectors such as livestock, construction, carpentry, etc... Valleys and mountains made up of pioneering and enterprising villages surrounded by important landscapes, and historically inhabited by people tanned by experience and wisdom in conjunction with creativity and efficiency, making the Sierra de la Demanda the capital for various sectors, industries and economic interests.
In recent years this great development and entrepreneurship, have been decimated mainly by urban centralization and rural depopulation, thus causing a "low demand" in all sectors that defined, and currently define, the economy of the entire region, thus causing many of the inhabitants of the villages to be forced to move to the cities, leaving a large number of infrastructure, housing and even entire villages abandoned behind.
